Fat: 58.46g | Prot: 87.33g | Carb: 139.02g.   Breakfast:  banana, eggs, green beans, oatmeal. Lunch:  egg, gala apple. Dinner:  balsamic vinegar, butter, cauliflower, mixed salad, peas, roast pork, sesame oil. Snacks/Other:  dannon plain yogurt, honey, raw almonds.
