Fat: 51.05g | Prot: 73.81g | Carb: 30.09g.   Breakfast:  Ideal PRotein maple oatmeal. Lunch:  hard boiled egg, olive oil and lemon juice dressing, salad. Dinner:  1 cup broccoli flowerets, chicken. Snacks/Other:  Ideal Protein vanilla shake.
