Lunch:  Tomatoes, Lettuce, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Soft Taco Low Carb Tortillas, Mayonnaise, Gala Apples. Dinner:  Original Pork Sausage Links, Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix, sugar free syrup, Shedd's Spread Original. Snacks/Other:  medium salsa, mexican style, tortilla chips, white corn, Blueberry Bagel, Cream Cheese Spread.
