Dinner:  black beans, Cheddar or American Cheese (Reduced Fat, Pasteurized), Cherry Tomatoes, tortillas, Mission carb smart, wine, white. Snacks/Other:  Babybel cheese, Boiled Egg, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), milk, special K protein cereal.
