Lunch:  Chocolate Mint Bar, Homestyle Chili, Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks. Dinner:  Celery, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Grilled Chicken Fillet, Southwest Spicy Mustard.
