Fat: 53.42g | Prot: 94.24g | Carb: 266.32g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free Milk, Orange Juice, Honey Nut Toasted Oats Cereal. Lunch:  Open Nature Double Fiber Bread, Planters Natural Peanut Butter, Nutella, Orange. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Fat Free Milk. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Roasted & Salted Sunflower Kernels, Cookie - Oatmeal Dark Chocolate.
