Fat: 68.66g | Prot: 90.96g | Carb: 275.51g.   Breakfast:  Fat Free Milk, Live it up! Cereal, Orange Juice. Lunch:  Nutella, Open Nature Double Fiber Bread, Planters Natural Peanut Butter. Dinner:  2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Brown Rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cookie - Oatmeal Dark Chocolate, FiberPlus Antioxidants Chewy Bars - Chocolate Chip, Fuji Apples, Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Roasted & Salted Sunflower Kernels.
