Lunch:  Bananas, Nutella, Open Nature Double Fiber Bread, Planters Natural Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten), Cream of Celery, Fat Free Milk. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Roasted & Salted Sunflower Kernels.
