Lunch:  Black Beans, Cheese, Chicken, chipotle red salsa, chipotle tortilla, Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice, Lettuce. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fat Free Milk Lucerne, Pasta Plus Thin Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Bananas.
