Lunch:  Chicken, Cheese, Black Beans, Lettuce, chipotle tortilla, chipotle red salsa, Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Pasta Plus Thin Spaghetti, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fat Free Milk Lucerne. Snacks/Other:  Bananas.
