Fat: 84.28g | Prot: 121.85g | Carb: 287.58g.   Breakfast:  butter, Fat Free Milk, Honey Nut Toasted Oats Cereal, Light Multi-Grain English Muffin, Orange Juice. Lunch:  Buffalo Wings, Fried Calamari, spaghetti and meatballs. Dinner:  Crescent Rolls, Sparkling Apple Cider, Tenderloin Filet Mignon.
