Fat: 53.88g | Prot: 82.77g | Carb: 262.34g.   Breakfast:  butter, Fat Free Milk, Honey Nut Toasted Oats Cereal, Light Multi-Grain English Muffin, Orange Juice. Lunch:  Fuji Apples, Nutella, Open Nature Double Fiber Bread, Planters Natural Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Caesar Salad with Romaine, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Lucerne Fat Free Milk, Pasta Plus Thin Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Bigelow Green Tea, Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry.
