Fat: 84.71g | Prot: 115.73g | Carb: 353.45g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Fat Free Milk, Honey Nut Toasted Oats Cereal, Orange Juice, Original Nooks and Crannies Sourdough English Muffin. Lunch:  Buttermilk Pancakes, Orange Juice, Strawberries, Whipped Cream (Pressurized). Dinner:  Beef, Chocolate Cake (Without Frosting), Penne Pasta, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  FiberPlus Antioxidants Chewy Bars - Chocolate Chip, Fuji Apples, Scotch.
