Lunch:  avocado, baby spinach, EverRoast, green bell pepper, Hummus, ovengold, spring mix, Tomato, water, whole wheat wrap. Dinner:  brocolli, pasta sides, shredded italian cheese, tuna fish. Snacks/Other:  blackberries, Harvest Cheddar, strawberries, sugar cookie perkins, water.
