Fat: 55.67g | Prot: 74.14g | Carb: 194.97g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Margarine, Banana, water, Peanut Butter--Creamy. Lunch:  whole wheat wrap, Hummus, green bell pepper, spring mix, baby spinach, Tomato, EverRoast, ovengold, avocado, water. Dinner:  pasta sides, tuna fish, brocolli, shredded italian cheese. Snacks/Other:  strawberries, blackberries, water, Harvest Cheddar, sugar cookie perkins.
