Fat: 163.84g | Prot: 118.49g | Carb: 266.38g.   Breakfast:  aunt millies 100% whole wheat muffin, smuckers sugar free strawberry preserves, bacon slice, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, skim milk, trop 50. Lunch:  beef sandwich spread, seeded rye bread, lays low salt potatoe chips. Dinner:  cornish meat pie, carrots.
