Fat: 90.97g | Prot: 62.63g | Carb: 159.16g.   Breakfast:  diet coke, Hash Brown, mcdonalds breakfast berrito. Lunch:  100% whole wheat bread, american cheese slices, reduced salt potato chips, roast beef slices. Dinner:  garlic toast, lasagna, new england clam chowder, ranch dressing, tossed salad, vodka and tonic drink.
