Fat: 104.44g | Prot: 104.62g | Carb: 160.45g.   Breakfast:  aunt millies sourdough english muffin, delmonte superfruit cup, skim milk, sugar free strawberry jelly. Lunch:  6: subway club sandwich, diet coke. Dinner:  Classic Guacamole, iced tea, large beef nacho. Snacks/Other:  cheese.
