Fat: 43.48g | Prot: 48.38g | Carb: 143.44g.   Breakfast:  quinoa, almond milk, banana, coffee. Lunch:  eggs, whole wheat bread. Dinner:  Homemade-Style Spaghetti Sauce with Beef or Meat, quinoa, texas toast cheese, almond milk. Snacks/Other:  saltines, Water, peppermint candy.
