Fat: 50.55g | Prot: 25.50g | Carb: 104.65g.   Breakfast:  heinz, Olive Oil Spread, white bread. Lunch:  Australian Slivered Almonds, canned corn, carrot, crispy noodles, kraft 99% fat free dressing, salad mix. Snacks/Other:  arnotts cruskits, milk, milo, olive oil spread, vegemite.
