Fat: 23.29g | Prot: 48.50g | Carb: 122.40g.   Breakfast:  Vanilla Yoghurt (Lowfat), All-Bran Wheat Flakes, tea, banana. Lunch:  Lunch Slices Soy and Linseed, smoked salmon, creamed cheese. Dinner:  chicken drumsticks, Mixed Vegetables, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Light Fruit Cup Cordial. Snacks/Other:  moments biscuits.
