Fat: 144.40g | Prot: 122.82g | Carb: 41.30g.   Breakfast:  eggs, heavy cream, heavy cream great value, hot pork sausage, hot pork sausage, olive oil, splenda, splenda. Lunch:  asparagus, bacon, eggs, extra sharp cabot cheddar cheese, hard salami, heavy cream, swiss cheese great value. Dinner:  bok choy, broccoli, butter, chicken breast, country pork ribs, winter melon. Snacks/Other:  crenshaw melon.
