Fat: 33.78g | Prot: 60.46g | Carb: 123.32g.   Breakfast:  Dried Prune, Joseph's Heart Healthy Pita Bread, Tostitos Medium Salsa, Cooked Egg White, Harris Teeter Vanilla Almond Special Cereal, Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Fat Free Milk. Lunch:  Ranch Salad Dressing, Feta Cheese, American Cheese, Saltine Crackers, Yellow Mustard, HEB Lower Sodium Cooked Ham. Dinner:  Wendy's Chili (Small). Snacks/Other:  Bananas.
