Fat: 25.79g | Prot: 55.64g | Carb: 109.00g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, prunes, salsa, Heart Healthy Pita Bread. Lunch:  salad, feta cheese, ranch dressing, tuna fish. Dinner:  campbell's tomato soup, saltines. Snacks/Other:  special k cracker chips, fiber one peanut butter and chocolate.
