March 19, 2013 Tuesday Calorie count (yesterday) was below the 1100 allowed. I did show a one pound loss. Went shopping today.

Fat: 39.97g | Prot: 39.81g | Carb: 127.81g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, Heart Healthy Pita Bread, prunes, salsa. Lunch:  Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), honey mustard sauce, wendys spicy chicken nuggets. Dinner:  feta cheese, lettuce, ranch dressing. Snacks/Other:  fiber one peanut butter and chocolate, saltine crackers, special k cracker chips.
