Fat: 37.07g | Prot: 55.45g | Carb: 162.85g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, lactaid milk fat free, quaker oatmeal. Lunch:  colby cheese, pita bread, tuna fish. Dinner:  campbell's savory vegetable soup, saltines. Snacks/Other:  cabbage, fiber one brownie, fiber one peanut butter and chocolate, special k cracker chips.
