Fat: 77.27g | Prot: 59.10g | Carb: 195.88g.   Breakfast:  Kellogg's Special K, Low Fat Milk. Lunch:  chickpeas, eggplant, feta cheese, salad dressing, spinach, Sundried Tomato. Dinner:  Chicken Caesar Wrap, Guacamole. Snacks/Other:  Lowfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), Plum, Slimmers Choice Pear Dried Fruit Bar, Yoga Berry Smoothie.
