Fat: 108.65g | Prot: 107.77g | Carb: 346.14g.   Lunch:  Honey Ham Sandwich , sour cream and onion chips, cheese crackers. Dinner:  mashed potatoes, Wendy's , Wendy's Fries, tomato, Vanilla Frosty (Medium). Snacks/Other:  hazelnut spread, animal crackers, Turkey and Cheese Sandwich.
