Fat: 78.43g | Prot: 141.14g | Carb: 101.98g.   Breakfast:  Ideal protein vanilla, chia seeds, greek yogurt, pistac, pomegra. Lunch:  egg, Whole wheat english muffin, canadian bacon, shredded cheese, peanut butter cup. Dinner:  grilled chicken, brie, bacon. Snacks/Other:  almonds, asti.
