Fat: 78.43g | Prot: 141.14g | Carb: 101.98g.   Breakfast:  chia seeds, greek yogurt, Ideal protein vanilla, pistac, pomegra. Lunch:  canadian bacon, egg, peanut butter cup, shredded cheese, Whole wheat english muffin. Dinner:  bacon, brie, grilled chicken. Snacks/Other:  almonds, asti.
