Fat: 46.84g | Prot: 96.09g | Carb: 109.13g.   Breakfast:  fiber one, coffee, fat free milk, isopure whey. Lunch:  hard parm, Lite Thousand Island Dressing & Dip, cherry tomato, romaine . Dinner:  asparagus, mushrooms, butter, grilled pork chop. Snacks/Other:  clementine, baby carrots, 94% butter popcorn.
