Fat: 105.47g | Prot: 98.23g | Carb: 27.56g.   Breakfast:  Avocado, Streaky bacon, Parmesan , Coffee, Heavy cream. Lunch:  salad greens, extra virgin olive, red onion, cucumber, Real Mayonnaise, Boiled Egg, fresh green chilli. Dinner:  chicken, onion, tomato, heavy cream, ghee, rocket. Snacks/Other:  water.
