Fat: 48.81g | Prot: 68.21g | Carb: 148.76g.   Breakfast:  bacon, Egg (Whole), orange juice. Lunch:  Cheddar or Colby Cheese (Lowfat), Chunky Hot Salsa, corn tortilla, sour cream. Dinner:  Jambalaya. Snacks/Other:  almonds, girl scout short bread cookie, Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz), orange.
