Fat: 53.51g | Prot: 99.82g | Carb: 239.11g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Natural Peanut Butter, Special K Original, Toasted Multigrain Bread. Lunch:  Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Cooked Carrots (from Fresh), Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking), Focaccia, Rigatoni. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cooked Red Peppers, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Green String Beans, Mahi Mahi, Ricotta Cheese, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Red Table Wine.
