Fat: 99.01g | Prot: 228.45g | Carb: 267.76g.   Breakfast:  Almond Plus Unsweetened, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) , Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened) , Emergen-C Lite, Kale (Frozen), Medibulk, Vegalite, VIA Ready Brew - Italian Roast, Xylitol. Lunch:  Caffe Americano (Grande), Cinnamon, Simply Grilled Chicken Salad. Dinner:  Bites- dark chocolate, Mixed Salad Greens, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Cooked Egg White.
