Fat: 99.01g | Prot: 228.45g | Carb: 267.76g.   Breakfast:  Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened) , VIA Ready Brew - Italian Roast, Emergen-C Lite, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) , Vegalite, Almond Plus Unsweetened, Medibulk, Xylitol, Kale (Frozen). Lunch:  Simply Grilled Chicken Salad, Caffe Americano (Grande), Cinnamon. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Walnuts, Mixed Salad Greens, Bites- dark chocolate. Snacks/Other:  Cooked Egg White.
