Fat: 28.47g | Prot: 93.68g | Carb: 68.33g.   Breakfast:  ideal protein pina colada. Lunch:  ideal protein potato, mustard, olive oil, Lettuce, leek, ideal protein bar. Dinner:  tofu, broccoli, bok choy, red pepper, green onion. Snacks/Other:  ideal protein jelly.
