Fat: 20.12g | Prot: 70.90g | Carb: 175.99g.   Breakfast:  peanut butter, bread, coffee, milk. Lunch:  chinese saute chicken, pot, Birds eye Teriyaki stir fry. Dinner:  Chinese - Stirfry Chicken In Garlic Sauce, 100 g, chicken breast, salad. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana, popcorn.
