Fat: 25.91g | Prot: 53.35g | Carb: 204.77g.   Breakfast:  yogurt chobani blueberry. Lunch:  california roll, vegtable beef soup. Dinner:  crab, Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans, Carrots) (No Salt Added, Canned), whole wheat pasta. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana, popcorn.
