Fat: 17.20g | Prot: 85.11g | Carb: 140.30g.   Breakfast:  apple, egg white omettlet, toast. Lunch:  apple, salad, tuna. Dinner:  campbells minestrone light, saltines. Snacks/Other:  hot cocoa, popcorn.
