Fat: 17.20g | Prot: 85.11g | Carb: 140.30g.   Breakfast:  toast, apple, egg white omettlet. Lunch:  tuna, salad, apple. Dinner:  campbells minestrone light, saltines. Snacks/Other:  popcorn, hot cocoa.
