Fat: 14.48g | Prot: 66.42g | Carb: 95.86g.   Breakfast:  toast with peanutbutter. Lunch:  pineapple, salad, stirfry vegtables, thin pork chop. Dinner:  egg white omettlet, mozzarella cheese stick, spinach. Snacks/Other:  apples, coffee.
