Fat: 37.41g | Prot: 89.66g | Carb: 368.45g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Milk Powder, Everything Bagel, Fat Free Cream Cheese, Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping, Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  campbells chicken and white bean soup, pepperidge farms crackers, Sierra Mist Natural. Dinner:  Ciabatta Sandwich Roll, Marinara Sauce, Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles, Spaghetti, Sprite (12 oz). Snacks/Other:  Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream Cookies, Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Mini Babybel Light Cheese, musselmans apple sause, Salted Peanuts.
