Fat: 19.64g | Prot: 44.39g | Carb: 269.61g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, apple, toast, honey, silk 30 cal almond milk, black coffee. Lunch:  progesso beef barley vegetable soup, banana, wheat thins, carrots. Dinner:  multigrain bread, black coffee, apple, sardines, wheat thins. Snacks/Other:  yogurt.
