Fat: 122.16g | Prot: 109.72g | Carb: 250.83g.   Breakfast:  glazed old fashioned donut, Pineapple chobani. Lunch:  Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Trimmed to 1/2" Fat, Prime Grade), samoas. Dinner:  Chicken breast, Macaroni salad, Rustic French Bread, Whipped butter. Snacks/Other:  Jelly beans, Nutty bars.
