Fat: 116.74g | Prot: 84.24g | Carb: 289.15g.   Breakfast:  Scrambled eggs, Spam, Rustic Country Sourdough Bread, Butter , Jam, Thin Crust Pizza with Meat. Lunch:  Tomato, Feta cheese, Olive oil, Cucumber, Scallion, Kalamata olives. Dinner:  Sausage Pizza. Snacks/Other:  Brachs hearts, Butterfinger, Rice pudding reynaldos.
