Lunch:  avocado, Broccoli Sprouts, Chinese Cabbage, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, cucumber, grape tomatos, green pepper, mung bean, olive oil. Dinner:  almond milk, boiled chicken leg, bok choi, butter, Chinese Cabbage, cocoa powder, Coconut Milk, grape tomatos, kelp noodles, Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free Soup.
