Lunch:  avocado, green pepper, cucumber, olive oil, grape tomatos, Broccoli Sprouts, mung bean, Chinese Cabbage, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Chunk Light Tuna in Water. Dinner:  boiled chicken leg, Chinese Cabbage, Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free Soup, grape tomatos, almond milk, cocoa powder, Coconut Milk, kelp noodles, bok choi, butter.
