Fat: 42.55g | Prot: 47.97g | Carb: 185.51g.   Breakfast:  non-fat half-half, banana, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), sugar in the raw. Lunch:  whole wheat roll, ham, american cheese, salami, mayo, baby carrots, lettuce. Dinner:  smart ones cheeseburger, cauliflower, american cheese, Muenster cheese. Snacks/Other:  twix, apple, apple cinnamon cheerios, Almond Milk, double stuff oreos.
