Fat: 60.99g | Prot: 43.32g | Carb: 190.00g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), non-fat half-half, sugar in the raw, Everything Bagel Thin. Lunch:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Ceylon Tea. Dinner:  Beef Stew, pilsbury reduced fat crescent roll, Brisk iced tea. Snacks/Other:  Nabisco graham cracker, semi-sweet chocolate chips, marshmallow , potato chips, onion dip, Mushrooms.
