Fat: 66.99g | Prot: 67.99g | Carb: 56.28g.   Breakfast:  bread multiseeds Талия, chocolate spread sugar free, peanut butter with flaxseeds, Soy Milk for professionals. Lunch:  Mushroom and Cheese Omelet. Dinner:  Almonds, Cucumber (with Peel), red wine Cotes de Bordeaux, smoked turkey, zefir привлекательность. Snacks/Other:  Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar.
