Lunch:  Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Sour Dough Bread. Dinner:  Chicken Fried Rice, Fortune Cookies, Hy-Vee Crab Rangoon. Snacks/Other:  Coffee, Cream Substitute (Powdered), Dannon Light 'n Fit Carb and Sugar Control Vanilla Cream, Gala Apples, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Mandarin Orange (Canned or Frozen), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets.
