Lunch:  Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Sour Dough Bread. Dinner:  Chicken Fried Rice, Hy-Vee Crab Rangoon, Fortune Cookies. Snacks/Other:  Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee, Cream Substitute (Powdered), Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Gala Apples, Mandarin Orange (Canned or Frozen), Dannon Light 'n Fit Carb and Sugar Control Vanilla Cream.
