Fat: 103.95g | Prot: 98.92g | Carb: 172.15g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fried Egg, International Delight Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Margarine, Mushrooms, Ore-Ida Crispy Crowns Seasoned, Shredded Potatoes, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Green Peas (Frozen), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Fried Batter Dipped Mushrooms, Lettuce, Plain Croutons, Provolone Cheese, Ranch Salad Dressing, Woodchuck Hard Cider - Amber. Snacks/Other:  Coffee, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Cream Substitute (Powdered), Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Kroger Jumbo Pitted Black Ripe Olives, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets.
