Fat: 57.04g | Prot: 84.08g | Carb: 67.98g.   Breakfast:  Greek-Style Yogurt - Plain, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) , Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Spinach , Coconut Milk Leche De Coco, pure apple, 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Onions , Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage, Beef Outside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat) , Chimichurri Steak Sauce, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh).
