Fat: 134.21g | Prot: 113.45g | Carb: 55.61g.   Breakfast:  onion, egg, colby jack cheese, non dairy creamer, Worcestershire Sauce, onion , mushroom, ground chuck. Lunch:  hillshire farms oven roasted turkey. Dinner:  ground chuck, onion, Premium Pork Sausage, mushroom, onion, garlic, celery, zucchini, heinz sgar free ketchup, eggs, lettuce, avocado, bacon ranch dressing. Snacks/Other:  almonds, adkins advantage peanut butter bar, water.
