Fat: 141.80g | Prot: 305.97g | Carb: 249.54g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal, Bananas, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Spinach, Better Oats Oat Fit - Maple & Brown Sugar, Muscle Milk 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla, Chobani Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Trader Joe's Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter, Muscle Milk Whey Protein, Ann's House of Nuts Unsalted Mixed Nuts. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Beef Tip Round (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Chicken Breast.
